Contractor and Owner, Lawrence Butler
Butler Interiors and Exteriors was established in 2013. However, Lawrence's journey did not begin here. Lawrence was born and raised in Kansas City, MO. From a young age, he began learning trades by helping his father at his auto shop in midtown Kansas City. He also received hands on training from his grandfather who was a master welder, by building, fixing and completing random projects in the house and yard. Lawrence knew early on that he liked working with his hands and helping others. While attending Park University, Lawrence helped operate a landscaping company, "Year Around Home and Lawn" with his uncle Frank Butler. While working for the company, Lawrence worked consistently and face to face with home owners. He gained a better understanding of the frustrations that individuals faced when small problems occurred at home. Through his prior trade training and experiences, as well as his passion for design, construction and landscaping, Lawrence understood that there was a need for residential family development. Lawrence established Butler Interiors and Exteriors as a way to offer quality solutions for the many issues one may encounter in the home, both large and small. As his knowledge expanded, Lawrence developed a passion for helping an individual or family create their own personal style for their interiors and exterior spaces. Along with this, he also developed a passion for remodeling and rehabilitating older residential homes, that were uninhabitable. This fit the recycling mindset that he always had. Lawrence's motto is "Every home has character and every family has it's style!" Lawrence's goal is to help unite clients with their own personal home design, by providing them with a hassle free, trustworthy and honest experience. He also wants to provide maintenance to keep future issues from occurring.
